There is a washer and dryer plus storage in the utility room.

The large lounge has a picture window over the garden, an open log fire, TV with freeview and a TV package with every language included. Monthly WiFi is also included. 

There are views to the garden from the large dining area and a hall leads to the upstairs master bedroom with balcony.

In the property there is also a second bedroom, a family Bathroom and the third bedroom is on ground level via a separate entrance with a log burner and en-suite shower room.

Outside is a 10×5 pool, parking with shade, a storeroom and outside BBQ.

There are gas radiators plus under the floor heating in the dining area, and hot and cold air conditioning in all bedrooms. 

Only furniture a tenant will need to supply Beds and sofas.
